Mislead Hands

And I was lost, forgotten and forlorn
Moved out of a perception even I
Could never see through these fingers
As the dark flashes by a moment of light
Shatters in every direction I went before

Do you think it’s my own hand before my eyes,
To make sure I won’t see at all?

The current path in this maze changes,
I think I’m following blind but I
Could never see through these fingers
There was a map written on the back of my hand,
But it only tells me where I’ve been before

Do you think it’s my own path misleading me,
To make sure I won’t see at all?

It turned dark suddenly and there’s
An echo whispering for light but I
Could never see through these fingers
My voice keeps repeating the same lines I know
Trying to describe everything I’ve seen before

Do you think it’s my own voice in silence,
To make sure I will never hear at all?
