Ice Crystals

As quietly the wind follows its words
And making through cold time another day
Found my restless way of being underneath this cold
Reflections, there, laying on the ground
Released by the lightness once forbidden to surround
Doubt if I should follow the inner voice if restless
Will take its way slowly into the quiet wind
But the colors are fading out
And will never return to their state of mind,
You closed your eyes and followed my bare hands
Liquid as I drown in you, solid as we once were

And lost in this reason to find your heart,
Would you take me behind all fear this time
And let me rule over wide fields as pure,
Counting days, passing time again
Feels lost underneath your eternal breath
But before this time gets frozen
And your wings will melt through the cold,
These ice crystals will wave
On your window,
On your heart

Let them not take you, let them not set down
For the world will be insecure
And I wander between the dawn and the daybreak
For you to arrive.

Settled down with a tense to smile,
This night would have taken too long because this brightness
Will only recover your endless way of breathing
And release me again and again
Light captured in jars I know I can not free them
But into this forest of forbidden voices
There must be the key to unlock this unreality
And the colors are fading out
You looked at me, whishing time could stand still
Wandering over frozen lakes
To get between time and reality

And lost in this reason to find your heart,
Would you take me behind all fear this time
And let me rule over wide fields as pure,
Counting days, passing time again
Feels lost underneath your eternal breath
But before this time gets frozen
And your wings will melt through the cold,
These ice crystals will wave
On your window,
On your heart

Let them not take you, let them not set down
For the world will be insecure
And I wander between the dawn and the daybreak
For you to arrive
