Sweet Dreams

The break of the day on your sheets
Crawling in and giving in the light of beautiful morning
Dreams are there to take you within
And to feel the restless feelings I’ve been holding in
Why don’t you come with me
I want to linger in a forest with you,
To see the sunset rising in those leaves of pure innocent
To not know where we are
And to leave those burdens behind from where we once were
I want to linger in a forest with you,
Dream, why are you so sweet ?

The end of the day on your eyes
Darkness fills the space we once knew as the forest
But I hold you heart there’s no one who brings you down
There’s no one to surround us but I feel
I have more than ever to give beside all the fear
Why don’t you come with me
I want to linger in a forest with you,
To hold your hand until I die in the sun won’t you come along
To not know where we are
And to leave everything behind, all those negative things to lose
I want to linger in a forest with you,
Dream, why are you so sweet ?

This longing underneath all of the things I consider as myself
Won’t let go of me whatever I do
You’re the crawling feeling that I can’t avoid
Denying the sense but I know it’ll come back to me
I look up at the ceiling, dreaming all my dreams
Why don’t you come with me,
All around the world, all those other places where I can rest
I want to linger in a forest, linger there in silence
Why don’t you come with me,
Dream, why are you so sweet,
Dream, why are you so sweet ?
